Balletoning has its roots in Israel, founded by Nissin Zoares, and fuses basic exercises from classical ballet routines with traditional movements from Pilates and other well known training principles.
Classical dancers of both sexes are well known for their lean and beautiful bodies created by their daily hard work and training routines. Balletoning tries to follow on this path and understands to train muscles and fascia in a way that many other training techniques still fail in.
